T/P sold a house that they had been taking deprec. for OIH. The house qualifies for the Sec 121 exclusion. The deprec. from the OIH is 1700.00. It is reported on Sch D. I have read about the NIIT. It does appear that this recapture is subject to the NIIT. Just wanted to see if anyone has any other info to the contrary.
