    Second home/cond interest and taxes

    Interest and property taxes paid on a second home/condo located outside of the US. deductible or not. Can't find anything about a home on foreign soil.

      Mortgage interest paid is tax deductible. Monies paid above principal for providing the loan to purchase the borrower’s home. Paid by a home mortgage borrower to the mortgage lender.
