    1065 k-1 health ins

    Line 20 other information(form 1065 k-1) states deductilbe health insurance and ownership percentage is 42. If taxpayers spouse is in a health insurance plan thru her work, can this only flow to scheduel A?

      I need more information. Is the taxpayer a partner in a partnership-taxed entity or a shareholder in an S-corp?
