Is there a 2013 Indiana Automatic Taxpayer Refund credit?

FOR 2012, the state of Indiana had an Automatic Taxpayer Refund credit of $111 for single & $222 for married.

Does anyone know if there is an Automatic Taxpayer Refund credit for 2013?

Automatic Taxpayer Refund Credit

In 2012 the Indiana General Assembly passed legislation providing for an Automatic Taxpayer Refund (ATR) credit.

This credit was first available for tax year 2012. It is not available for tax year 2013. It will be available in every odd year in the event there is a required minimum coverage amount remaining in the budget at the end of the fiscal tax year. The next year it may be available is tax year 2015.
