Anyone have experience with this? I have a client that has a customer in Philadelphia but other than an annual meeting never sets foot in the City, (or the State of PA) his business is located in a different state and he answers the phones for this business and makes sales calls for them but he is not located in Phil. He got a notice that he is subject to Phil BIRT. I just don't see that he has Nexus. Anyone deal with this tax? We are going to show he has no nexus but curious if I am going to have a fight on my hands.
