EA CPE's Duplicating Courses

I purchased 1 yr unlimited webinars back in Apr 2013 from Global CPE's. Global emailed me and told me that after Jan 31st, 2014, I can watch the same Webinars I watched in 2013 and still receive CPE''s for them. This year is my 2nd year in my 3 year EA cycle.

Does anyone know if this is correct?

UPDATE Global added new webinar courses therefore I will not need to duplicate any courses to obtain my 16 hours before Apr 16, 2014

My understanding is that you can not repeat the same course in any three year enrollment cycle. After the three year period ends, you may retake the course.

The CPE provider may be taking the position that they have changed the course number and thus it is considered a different course for CPE purposes. This is not quite the spirit of the rules.
