W2 block 12 and 14

Need some help with a W2. How do I handle the following codes:

block 12 code DD, what do I do with this amt?

block 14 code K, what do I do with this amt?

Code DD is the amount of health insurance cost for the year. for information only.
box 14 is for information only.
those codes are usually only known to the employer and change.

Ask your client about code V which should be defined on the back of his W-2 or on a separate sheet which should've been included. V might have something to do with the taxable part of stock options that was included in box 1 and will be needed by you to adjust his cost basis when completing his Schedule D/8949.
