TTB Archives wont fully load

I been a continuous TTB subscriber since at least 2008 yet when I try to open the 2012 1040 Edition, it starts to load, get 75% loaded then stops. What am I doing wrong?

I am not sure if it is just IE 11 or 10 and 11. But there is a simple cure. In IE11 go to tools at the right side of tool bar, down to compatibility view settings. Click on that and add the tax book to the listing. I have to do this every time I open Web Tax Book.
