Where would I find the information as to what the requirements are to get this credit? Such as seer ratings and qualifications for windows? I know that I have seen it before but can't find it now.

Residential energy Credits?

Perhaps you were referring to residential energy credits. If so, TTB 11-13 has a summary and charts on such credits.

I am trying to find what SEER rating the AC units would need to be. Also what the standard is for windows and insulation.

I remember seeing a listing of the specifications but can't remember where it was.

I have already looked in the TaxBook.
