Calif Revival of Calif Corp with Ca Sec of State

I have a small HOA Association, (in the past has always been exempt) that between change of the Board Members and addresses, alll of the important SOS filings have gone astray - so needless to say nothing was completed, and no documents forwarded to me to complete. That communication thing!

Have any of the Calif board posters processed a "Revival of Calif Corp with FTB and SOS (Exempt) - I found some information, however looks like a lot of fees and forms, and then there is my "time'

Looking more for guidance to just get the HOA back into compliance. Actual Federal and California returns have been prepared, and filed as if the HOA were not suspended, fortunately.
