Does anyone have a S corp worksheet in excell or pdf. I need to reconstruct a basis beginning 1960. I think I have all the numbers at least I have all the k-1's. A computer spread sheet would look nicer and more business like. Anyone have one?

I just have to ask though, what is the reason for going back so far? Is your client selling his shares? And how old is the client? None of my business, just curious!
