Does anyone have a checklist for how to validate a W-8 Ben? I can't find anything on IRS.GOV.

What do you mean by "validate?" Are you or one of your clients questioning the bona-fides of a form W-8BEN that was submitted by a foreign payee? If so, that probably isn't necessary. According to the instructions for form W-8BEN:

A withholding agent or payer of the income may rely on a properly completed Form W-8BEN to treat a payment associated with the Form W-8BEN as a payment to a foreign person who beneficially owns the amounts paid. If applicable, the withholding agent may rely on the Form W-8BEN to apply a reduced rate of withholding at source.

If you have a different concern, please post again, clarifying your question.
