From what I read in the directions a IL resident receiving pension income from the IL State Retirement System would pay no tax on it to IL. I asssume this is true if the person receiving the pension is the beneificiary of the person who earned the pension. If a person moved to IL who was getting a Ma State Retirement Pension would this be State income tax free in IL?
