    Drake Desk Reference

Can anyone tell me what this is. Drake is offering it as a free download but not saying exactly what it is and how it interacts with the program. Thanks.

The Desk Reference is what it says it is. It has the 2013 inflation adjust numbers. It is not directly connected to the Drake Software. Anyone can download it from their site. It does ask for your contact info before you are allowed to download.

If you are using TTB you don't need that. TTB has the same info.

It is a handy 8 page reference flyer. It has the Filing requirements for 2013, Tax rates, EIC information, and a plethora of additional information and charts. One of the one's that I find helpful is the life classifications for depreciation.

I keep it laying close to the desk to give quick answers to inquiring clients.

Thank you GBOYKIN, that explains it. I actually use the reference from PPC and I like sticking with just one for consistency purposes.
