Cp-248 notice

Client received CP-248 NOTICE

He sent payments to under his business name instead of personal

Question: How to find how payments are applied to his business account?

1 - went on to the EFTPS site and did not see the payments

2 - tried calling E- File help desk to see how I can get POA (since they changed the method) and cannot get thru


Any suggestions?

Cp-248 notice

Have client sign a 2848 call Practitioner Priority Line.You can fax it to them why you are on the phone.You would need 2 POA one for the client and one for the business.
