    Pa sales tax

    A PA company moved to Alabama and no longer has any presence in PA. They take internet orders and ship via UPS thier product (clocks). Are items shipped to PA subject to PA Sales Tax? Again there is no nexus or presence in PA anymore. Thank you for any help you can give.

    PA DOR issued a Sales & Use Tax Bulletin 2011-01 that is called Remote Seller Nexus. Maybe it will help you with your question.
