Does TTB have Shareholder loan to S-Corp fill in template?

    Does TTB have Shareholder loan to S-Corp fill in template?

    Does anyone know if TTB has a shareholder loan to S-Corp template agreement that I can fill in shareholder name, S-Corp name, amount of the loan term etc.?

      TTB told me no this morning

      Would anyone know of a website where I can obtain a loan agreement between the shareholder and S-Corp with all the legal language so I can just fill in the shareholder name, address, S-Corp name, address, interest rate, length of loan etc.

          The S Corporation Shareholder's Adjusted Basis Worksheet is on page 24-5 of the Small Business book. There is a section for loan basis.

                  These types of general corporation business forms are available for purchase. I have an Book of Corporate Forms I ordered years ago and have used several, including minutes, resolutions, loans to/from shareholders, etc.
