My tower sits under my desk and I put the receiver on top of it. When I pull out the drawer with the keyboard and mouse on it, there must be a good reception. I bought them on March 5 and haven't had to change batteries yet and I use them a lot.

Haven't noticed any change in speed at all.

My son-in-law had one of the rechargeable ones. Just better remember to put it on the charger.

Years ago when I was first introduced to a mouse I had no idea what it was for at first. Naturally using it with my right hand interferred with my 10 key input so the logical thing was to use the left hand. Taught all my staff the same. Production is much better this way.

Hmmmm

That is interesting. Hadn't thought about doing that. I'll have to try it. But you are right. Sometimes the mouse does interfere. You want to be using your right hand to do the keyboard and you can't do both.

I think I'll try it.
