    Trust Property Tax

    A complex trust owns a property that is being occupied by a trustee. Is the property tax paid deductible?

    Yes.

    Property tax is pretty much deductible no matter what. But unless the trustee is paying fair market rent, the trust won't be reporting it as a rental.
