    Too late for 2010 refunds?

    I know the IRS cuts off refunds every year, but can't remember if 2010 has been cut off yet. Just had a lady that said she never got her 2010 refund, and there is a question as to whether or not the IRS has that return, preparer not sent or something?????? Anyone know if there is a 2010 cutoff yet?

      Should be good until April 15, 2014.

          If she is your client prepare the request for refun form or call PPL. If not, advise her to contact the IRS or submit the form.
          Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
