E Services, failed call, twice!!

    E Services, failed call, twice!!

    Ok, I am about to go crazy! I met with a client with a few IRS issues and I was just joking that when you call the IRS you usually are on hold for 40 minutes before you hear "Click....." and then a dial tone as if the line disconnected.

    Well, I jinxed myself because I have called the PPS line twice (once yesterday and just a few minutes ago) and lo and behold, a 40 minute wait time....then the famous tones (like 10 of them instead of 2) then "Click......" dial tone!!!

    I have no other means of contacting these jerks for what I need to get accomplished. Anyone else having this trouble and what is the solution?

    I must say that I am saving the trouble of getting a hair cut, just pulling it out does the trick

      Just think of what the taxpayers have to put up with these days!! I would use E Services but this was a bit of a complex matter.
