    Injured Spouse Hold Ups

    I have two clients that are calling me atleast every week about their refund. Injured spouse claims. EF Acceptance on 02/12.

    Anyone else have clients with injured spouse still not receive their refund? I know it is suppose to be 11 weeks but seems like they got it back sooner last year.
    One is a new client that has never filed this way before and is very concerned.

    Noticed on TT forum that many are having to call the IRS to get funds released.

    Check the "Where's my refund" link. If it is being held up they will tell you and sometimes provide a phone number to call and code to use.
