    Form 1065 Sch B #2 Other Info

    Sch B 2 asked if any Partner in the P'Ship was a "disregarded entity"?. Well strangely enough, one of the two partners has a Schedule C business on his 2012 tax return so should this be answered "yes"?

      It would only be entered yes if the Sch C business is an LLC and that LLC is a partner in the partnership.

          I forgot to mentioned that part. The Partner's Sch C is NOT an LLC therefore am I correct the answer would be NO? P'Ship itself is an LLC.
