Payroll company that will file late 941's, ect?

I have a new S-Corp client that did not have any payroll done for 2012.
I do NOT do payroll.
My contact at Paychex tells me that they can not do the payroll for a 2012 return at this time.

Does anyone know of a national payroll company, that I can refer this client to, that will file 2012 returns at this time?

I'm sure there are plenty of traditional accounting firms that will do it for a fee....why the need for a large chain or company?
