Has any of the tax experts in this forum heard of something called "Indenture Trust" before? Or something whose name is close to that and it is related to estate planning?

It may be just an alternate name for a trust agreement. If it is related to estate planning, then it may be a revocable living trust.
The terminology may vary a bit from state to state.
For example, in some states a mortgage is frequently referred to as a deed of trust.
I don't think that's what your client is referring to. But it is an example of how certain terms are used in certain parts of the country, depending on how the state law is written...
