Pa Again Help

I am using Drake and can not seem to figure out how to enter
a Dividend Earnings that is State Tax Free to PA

I have Sched B - no State entered on this one Dividend, but it is still entering on the PA Schedule B Taxable Dividend

At the bottom of the DIV screen, there is a field to enter either the amount or the % of dividends not taxable to the state.
