    E-file rejection:


    "The IRS submission ID referenced in the State Submission Manifest must be present in the e-file database."


    Well, of course, it must. And, I have no idea what to do about it.
    If you loan someone $20 and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

    Never mind, I think I found it. Illinois e-file beat the Federal:
