    filed w-2's with SSA online

    I filed my w-2's with SSA online this past weekend. I put it off as long as I could. I was really dreading it. I did it before and it seems like it was a real hassle.
    But this went smooth as butter.
    Filed them all and printed out acknowledgements. So relieved. Not sure what comes next. Am I supposed to get something back from them??

    Did anyone else use this method?

    You can log back in and see the status of your submission. Once it shows complete you will know that everything has been accepted.

      I efiled clients W-2s this year with the SSA through Quickbooks. I got an email acknowledgement in about six weeks.
