    Strike Pay

Client recieved a 1099Misc from "General Teamsters Local 174", box 7, nonemployee compensation is $7196.

Client told me it is for "strike pay".

    Schedule C and SE?

    Or 1040 line 21?

    Strike benefits

Strike and lockout benefits. Benefits paid to you by a union as strike or lockout benefits, including both cash and the fair market value of other property, usually are included in your income as compensation. Pub. 525 page 32

I think that means line 7 on the 1040.
