    Form 8862

    Does any of my fellow tax professionals have experience in filing the Form 8862 "Information to Claim Earned Income Tax Credit after Disallowance"? Does it take longer for the E-file acceptance acknowledgement to come back? And does it also take much longer for the taxpayer to receive the refund (if allowed)?
