Bad time, CPE Conferences summer 2013.

I am thinking ahead of those 100+ degree days coming this summer so I am considering traveling to a 2-3 day CPE conference in N.CA, CO, WY, MT, WA or ID (does it rain quite a bite in OR in the summer?). There is one in Reno presented by CSEA May 30-June 1 but rather expensive especially since I am not an NAEA member. If any of you know of any conferences in those states, I would greatly appreciate the link.

NATP has one in Las Vegas in July. It's likely to be hot.

        Mt & wy

There is not much going on in these two states plus you easily can have 100 plus days in summer.

CSTC has their summer symposium in Vegas this year. Yeah, it'll be hot there too. But the conference is reasonably priced as is the hotel, and the CPE is top notch.

            IRS Forums for 2013

$220 for early registration for 18 CPE's breaks down to a little over $12/CPE. Closest one to me is San Diego, CA. After I factor in lodging and mileage, obviously more then $12/CPE but still less then them other Conferences.
