Does anyone use Intuit Fixed Asset Manager? I got an e-mail this morning saying that a refund was being processed for the same amount that I had paid for the program in January. I am not too sure why - I am still using the program.

I did look at intuits site, but did not find anything relating to the fixed asset manager refund. I, too, could not be beleive they are refunding for no reason. Maybe the decided to comp it, since I did not renew proseries this year.Comment

I received a similar message today
After an hour and a half on the phone being bounced between QB ProAdvisor and ProSeries Support, they allowed as it was a "system glitch" and not a real refund. I haven't seen any activity on my credit card as of yet.Comment
