I'm having trouble finding out the phaseouts for Child and Dependent Care Credit for 2005 tax year. Have you any idea where I can look?

No Phaseout
You can get to the IRS draft forms by following the "Links" from this page. I'm not sure whether the percentage ranges have changed or not, but there is not an AGI limit for Child and Dependent Care Expenses. -
According to the 2005 draft version of Form 2441, the credit rate percentages based on AGI are identical to the 2004 credit rates.Comment

When that's happened with me, I usually find that I've entered a W2 wrong and one spouse is shown as having no income, or I haven't properly entered the dependent information and the program thinks the kid doesn't live in the home, or I forgot that I'd entered employer-paid dependent care benefits.Comment
