    Errors and ommissions

With all the problems this year I find I need a good E&O insurance. one that also covers prior acts. What are you guys using and their rates please?

Here's a recent thread on it -- haven't noticed any since.

      E&O Insurance

My firm is also looking at this...

We got one quote from Marsh. Their website is www.proliability.com

Another well-known company is Calsurance (no, you don't have to be in California)

If you are a solo practitioner, or if you only have one or two people working for you part-time, then a basic policy is probably going to start around $500 per year, and go up from there, depending on how much coverage you want.

Works a lot like car insurance. You get to choose a deductible

Some carriers offer discounts to members of NATP, NAEA and other professional organizations
