Client's 11 year old daughter lives less than 1.5 miles from school. City will not transport for free due to distance. Client pays the City $275 for school bus transportation. Deductible ?? (I think No). Thanks,
No - my kids had the similar situation. We were on a bus route, and the kids got dropped off at a daycare after school. We had to pay for the bussing since they were not dropped off at home. I looked then, & the answer was no then and I am sure it has not changed.
