Local phone company has two services: residential and business. Price of the latter is more because for that premium a business gets priority attention to service issues. And if the corporation paying for that service is the telephone company's customer, what does it matter whether or not, if the corporation is in a personal residence, whether or not there is a secondary residential line; or not?
