In this article, it says the requirement for the landlord to issue Form 1099 had been repealed. Is this still true in the 2012 tax returns?

If it has been repealed, are the 1099 questions on Schedule E needed to be answered?

The landlord 1099 law stil is not in effect. So just answer no like last year.
