    Is it okay to use the address of the power of attorney for someone who is in a nursing home on the 1040?

      The client in in a nursing home .If you use the nursing home address the client may receive it but may not be in a position to take any action. If it goes to the client's home no one is there to receive it. So I think it would be safe to use the address of the POW
