    8863?

    My email said that IRS would begin allowing returns to be sent with the 8863 and will start accepting them soon. However, when I try to send from my tax software (ATX) it won't let me create an efile with that form in the return yet. Anyone else had this issue?

      A lot of talk about depreciation not e-filing via ATX until Friday's update, so maybe word on education credits: ATXCommunity.com

              The 8863 isn't available to be filed until Thursday. So you won't be able to create the efile until then. And maybe not even then, if ATX doesn't have the form ready.
