Thanks for the excellent investigative work.

I was beginning to think the only explanation for a "taxable" low income/senior citizen discount would be an overzealous TWC accountant who had been having a very rough day.

The pieces now fit together nicely - she was indeed receiving a taxable benefit. TWC likely even explained it to her somewhere along the way....but she just overlooked that minor inconvenient detail.

So the T/p is about 50% correct and TWC is maybe 50% correct.
Guess as the Manager of the Mobile Home Park - it is a "courtesy Service" a benefit from being the "Manager"

Relayed conversations from t/p do not elude to that - but then as I stated above - sometimes thought processes and understanding is mis-construed from a t/p.
