    Does anyone know if I can EFile a 1041 final that has a start in 2011 and a close in 2012? I get an error stating signature date must equal processing year.

      Are you using a 2011 form? Or 2012? Not sure why the error is popping up, unless you are using 2011. What it says is correct.

          Fiscal year began in 2011 and ended in 2012. Extension was granted to 2013 because of fiscal year ending late 2012. This is a first and final 1041. I guess will have to paper file. Thanks
