    Efiling older tax returns

    A business client just to me and has to have corporate returns filed for 2010 and 2011. Tiny business no big deal.

    Can these be efiled at this point or must they be paper filed because they are past due the filing date?

    My understanding is that currently you can only file current returns and that this ceases in October at the end of the extension season. Previous years would be paper filed.

    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

      Business returns under MeF can be e-filed for current and a certain number of prior years. Maybe 2?
