    Business vs. Non Business Income relating to Nol calculations

    For purposes of calculating a personal NOL, what is considered to be the "business portion" of partnership or S Corp income and what is considered to be the "nonbusiness portion"?

      It would be all business income. By definition, a partnership or S-Corp is a business.
