    Adoption Credit -Adopted Two Children

    I believe the adoption credit value is $12,650. Is that per child? Is it still a refundable credit?

      The refundable portion of the credit was not extended in the American Taxpayer Relief Act. The max credit for 2012 is $12,650 per child.
