...and it's one day early. Got it back from IRS through Drake, according to their acrostic codes.

Didn't know anything was supposed to happen before tomorrow.

Is my ACK legitimate??

I have mine back from Drake as well. It shows accepted 1.28.13

Drake must be testing with IRS. Tax Slayer is testing and all of my returns have been accepted. But Tax Slayer let us know up front what was happening. Even though I have the acceptace since the first official day to file is Jan 30th all returns accepted prior to then will be marked accepted on 30th. Was big help in one case where the father thought the mother was going to try to claim his son. His return done and completed before she ever could possibly file.

I was also able to clean out my fridge and take a nap while that return for the guy with one W-2 printed.
