    You'll never find one. IRS simply says these days that 90% of refunds are made within 21 days.

        The refund cycle chart was called Pub 2043. Here's a link to the 2013 Pub 2043:

          What I find amusing is that the "Frequently Asked Questions" page on the IRS website, cited above by smithtax, still refers to something called the IRS Refund Cycle Chart. In fact, the last question on the page is:


          How does the IRS's Refund Cycle Chart used by tax professionals differ from general refund timelines?


          But Harlan is correct. The "chart" doesn't exist. For 2013, the IRS has chosen not to publish a chart with specific dates.

          The Refund Cycle Chart, like any other IRS publication, has a publication number. It is Publication 2043.
