    Thanks, that chart is helpful, although I noticed that there isn't anything indicating that it is a requirement....... as opposed to, say, what the requirements were back when things weren't in limbo.

      I don't think we need to worry about its status. Once a decision is reached, one way or another, it will be all over every tax publication we subscribe to, as well as the IRS notifying everyone who has a PTIN. Not to mention our esteemed colleagues who will post it to this board within minutes. One less thing to stress about.

        Good point....... except to the extent that we are required to keep following the CPE requirements/guidelines/whatever?
