IRS 1099 address

I just filled out some 1099s for a client who owns a small business and for the life of me I cant find the IRS address to mail their copy to them. I could have sworn in the past I found it in the tax book. could someone enlighten me please before I go nuts. I have been on the IRS website and thats about as bad as trying to contact them on the phone.

Don't send them to the IRS yet in case a vendor tells you they moved or you made a typo in their EIN or....
