    fed x driver's retirement plan

Hey, My FedX driver has money withheld for HR-10 which is retirement.
He is paid on a 1099.
I believe this money is included in the 1099, so if it is, I take the adj on Pg 1 under self-employed retirement as if it were a SEP.

    Any objections??
    thanks!

I agree. Deduct Keogh contributions on line 28, Form 1040. A Keogh is a qualified self-employed plan.
