I have been a memeber of TheTaxBook for the last couple of years and I have definitely learned a lot. Since this forum is mainly for tax questions/issues, I was curious if anyone knows of any forum that could be as useful as this one, but it relates more to accounting/bookkeeping?

I don't know of any better than this one. Ask away. Many of us also did/do accounting and bookkeeping for our clients.

We can help as well as anyone. With a few distinct exceptions, taxation of entities (corporations, partnerships, proprietorships, etc.) depends overwhelmingly on mainstream bookkeeping and accounting, so we have to be aware of bookkeeping concepts and accounting principles.

When asking a bookkeeping question, remember to specify whether your situation is cash-based or accrual-based so we can more accurately advise.

We do have some great people on this board, that have a lot of experience in bookkeeping and understanding the elements.

Some of the viewers and posters also have great knowledge in Corps and Partnerships both bookkeeping/accounting wise as well as Tax Reporting.

As Snags posted, just try to be precise in the question you pose and whether cash vs accrual, and I am sure someone will respond.

May also want to join NSA

nkustura, National Society of Accountants ran a membership special for $199 which included a subscription to the TTB web library. So now I have access to NSA's message board as well as the TTB message board. Due to the popularity, its my understanding NSA will run this special again for new members later this year.
